1.1 Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products, and features of the 555er platform. 555er is an online gaming platform offering cricket betting, slots, live casino, and various other types of games. This platform operates specifically for users in Bangladesh.

1.2 Formation of Agreement

Your relationship with 555er is governed by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines. Together, these documents form the complete legal agreement between you and 555er. Any prior oral or written promises, understandings, or agreements are superseded by these Terms.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To use 555er's services, you must open a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts linked to the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If 555er detects multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close them and forfeit any associated winnings.

2.3 Account Security

The security of your account is your own responsibility. You should:

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Not share your login details with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session.
• Notify 555er immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

555er is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

2.4 Identity Verification

555er may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other relevant documents to verify a user's identity. Deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims may be placed on hold until verification is complete. This process helps prevent fraud and money laundering.

3.1 Eligibility Conditions

To open an account on 555er and use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be a person with full legal capacity.
• Operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• Comply with all provisions of these Terms.
• The funds used on the platform must come from a legal source.

3.2 Prohibited Persons

Employees, directors of 555er, and their immediate family members may not open an account or place bets on this platform. In addition, individuals whose accounts were previously closed due to fraudulent activity may not re-register.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

555er offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳3,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposited amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gameplay.
• 555er reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses may be forfeited in cases of promotional abuse.
• Placing low-risk bets with a bonus balance may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

555er's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, and Platinum — up to 0.8%. Regular gameplay allows progression to higher tiers. Cashback calculations will be made according to 555er's own methodology and shall be considered final.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

555er currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Additional methods may be added in the future.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for all methods). 555er sets the maximum deposit limit for any single transaction and may change it as needed. Additional verification may be required for large deposit amounts.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Full account verification must be completed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering must be completed.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this may be delayed due to identity verification or other security reviews. 555er bears no legal obligation to guarantee withdrawal timelines, but always strives to provide the fastest possible service.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on 555er are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

6.1 Finality of Bets

All bets placed on 555er are considered final. If an incorrect bet is placed due to a user's own error, the responsibility lies with the user. If a bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error, 555er reserves the right to cancel it.

6.2 Determination of Results

The results of all games and betting events are determined by 555er's system. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used for slots and casino games to ensure fair play. In any dispute regarding results, 555er's determination shall be considered final.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

555er may set a maximum winning amount for any single bet or game session. This limit may vary across different games and events. 555er reserves the right to conduct an investigation in cases of unusually large winnings.

6.4 Game Interruptions

If an ongoing game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or technical issue, 555er will generally attempt to restore the game to its previous state. However, if restoration is not possible, the bet may be cancelled and the deposited amount will be refunded.

7.1 Fraud and Manipulation

• Attempting to manipulate any game or betting system.
• Using hacking, scraping, or automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Opening an account using false identity or documents.

7.2 Money Laundering and Illegal Activities

• Depositing funds from illegal sources onto the platform.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Using third-party payment methods.

7.3 Other Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Behaving inappropriately toward 555er staff.
• Filing false claims or complaints.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors.

8.1 555er's Rights

555er reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms, without prior notice. The process for appealing such a decision will be handled through the support team.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. If there are any funds in your account at the time of the request, they may be withdrawn subject to all applicable conditions being met. If a self-exclusion request is made for responsible gaming purposes, it will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gaming guidelines.

8.3 Consequences of Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, 555er reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonuses. The original deposited amount may be returned, subject to investigation.

555er is not liable for any financial loss caused by server outages, internet connectivity problems, or third-party service disruptions. However, if a valid transaction fails due to a technical fault within the platform itself, it will be corrected.

10.3 Gambling Risk

Online gaming and betting carry financial risk. 555er advises responsible play and always recommends betting within your means. 555er bears no liability for personal, family, or financial problems arising from gameplay.

11.1 Right to Modify Terms

555er reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or complaint should first be attempted to be resolved through our support team. The support team will coordinate with all departments of 555er to resolve your issue promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, both parties may resolve the dispute through mutual agreement via mediation.

11.3 Severability of Terms

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable or invalid, all remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by the nearest valid provision.
